About the Lecture Series

In 2008, CVAD’s Advancement Board, led by renowned arts patron Raymond D. Nasher, created an endowed lecture series in honor of D. Jack Davis. Each year, the art education faculty members select an internationally known speaker for the D. Jack Davis Lecture Series. As one of CVAD’s signature annual events, the series continues to enrich the lives of students and faculty while advancing critical discourse within art education. Please visit the D. Jack Davis web page to read more about him.
