Susana Parra holds degrees in architecture and fine arts, specializing in museology. She brings extensive experience in arts administration, non-profit management, and international event coordination. Over seven years, she served as executive director and festival coordinator for two international classical music festivals, managing budgets, marketing, administration, logistics, grants, and stakeholder relations. She also coordinated numerous artistic and academic programs, including concerts, conferences, exhibitions, and a summer academy.
 
Parra is fluent in English and Spanish and has a strong track record in creating bilingual content for international organizations. Her work includes architectural research, lectures on vernacular architecture and cultural heritage, and experience in private luxury firms and the public sector. Her real estate career further honed her communication, negotiation, stress management, and problem-solving skills, earning her multiple awards and recognition.
