About
Carolyn Coulter Doyle is the managing partner of North Texas Project Management Partners
LLC, Plano, Texas. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from North Texas State University,
now the University of North Texas, and a Master of Business Administration from Texas
Woman’s University. After graduating from NTSU, Doyle was recruited by JCPenney as
a manager trainee and relocated to Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Following a promotion a few years later, she returned to Dallas and joined IBM as
a business analyst. She has worked for more than 20 years in technology. Doyle serves
on the City of Plano Comprehensive Planning Review Committee. She is a graduate of
the Business Council for the Arts’ Leadership Arts Institute in Dallas, where she
served as governance chair. She is the former arts ministry chair at St. Paul United
Methodist Church, Dallas, and supports the Body and Soul Homeless Program in the Dallas
Arts District.
In her spare time, Doyle attends art shows and exhibitions, travels and volunteers.
