What does an interaction designer do? Interaction designers shape how users interact with digital products, ensuring the experience is smooth and engaging.

Program Length: This 30-credit-hour program — designed for both full- and part-time students — can be completed in as few as 16.5 months. You’ll gain the expertise needed to thrive in roles such as the following.

  • EndoMD: Students co-designed solutions to close critical gaps in diabetes education for rural communities in Texas. 
  • Glidance: Students uncovered needs of blind and low-vision individuals not connected to formal support networks, shaping more inclusive mobility solutions.
  • NASA ASTRO-1 Space  Mission: Students partnered with four NASA scientists to imagine an exhibit honoring the mission that followed Challenger and reignite curiosity and engagement with space exploration. 
  • Sam’s Club Innovation Team: Students reimagined the member-exit experience to improve customer satisfaction while reducing theft. 
  • Signify Health — part of CVS Healthspire: Students developed practical ways to improve communication and build trust during Signify Health’s 3 million+ annual in-home care visits.
