UNT Employees Access: If you are a University of North Texas employee and have a question or need assistance with your Adobe Creative Cloud account, please contact the UNT Help Desk. This applies to ALL employees regardless of classification, including full-time, part-time, faculty, staff, adjuncts, etc. The offer below is available only to currently enrolled students. Employees are not eligible to purchase a subscription through this program.

Students with a Previously Purchased Subscription: If you have an active subscription to the Adobe Creative Cloud that was purchased directly from Adobe, our agreement with Adobe allows you to opt out of that agreement immediately and without penalty once you purchase a subscription through our offer. Subscriptions purchased directly from Adobe have a 12-month obligation before you can cancel your subscription: our agreement covers this situation as well, and you can opt out even if you have months remaining on that obligation.

To opt out of your previously purchased subscription, you must contact Adobe directly within 14 days of buying a UNT discounted subscription and provide them with a copy of your receipt.

Note: If you are paying a monthly subscription fee to Adobe, then you are not using a subscription purchased through the University of North Texas offer. If you have questions or are experiencing issues with your subscription, please contact Adobe.

This offer is only available to currently enrolled students. Full-time employees and instructors of record receive an educational enterprise subscription as part of their employment. Part-time employees who require Adobe Creative Cloud for their job duties should contact their department for access information. Subscriptions are not available for purchase by employees.
  • These are full Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions, which Adobe refers to as a named user license.
  • Cost: $50 total. This is a one-time charge: no monthly fees or auto-renewal.
  • Valid for the entire academic year: Aug. 18, 2025–Aug. 31, 2026. These are educational organization subscriptions: students must remain enrolled at our institution to maintain access. If a student leaves UNT before the end of the Spring 2026 semester, their access to the subscription will end at that time.
  • Students will have the opportunity to renew their subscription each academic year they remain enrolled. It will NOT auto-renew: they will need to purchase a renewal through our webstore each year.
  • These subscriptions enable students to use Adobe Creative Cloud applications on any device (computer or mobile device, personally owned or institutional) and from any location. A named user license is required to use the applications on university-owned checkout laptops and the UNT Online Computer Lab computers.
