Busy as the CVAD Advisory Board chair, Monica Samson is also a full-time real estate investor who focuses on managing a portfolio of single-family home sales and rentals in Dallas and Denton Counties. She buys, renovates and sells single-family residences in Dallas, Collin and Denton County and provides real-estate financing to other investors and purchasers of her renovated homes. Before establishing her current real-estate business, Monica was a vice president at Chase Home Lending, a project manager at Citibank, where she led audit, risk and compliance projects, and a Research Services Knowledge Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, a multinational professional services network of firms. Originally from Mexico City, Monica earned her M.B.A. and B.B.A. from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.  </main-content></item>
